Unfortunately, I haven’t attended CrossFit or anything in exactly three weeks. The first two weeks can be attributed to being on vacation. This past week is my own damn fault.
This is going to mean some lost progress that isn’t going to help me run my half marathon next week. I’ve probably averaged three light workouts a week and less than 2 miles of running.
My diet has also been terrible. Lots of deep fried foods and very little fruit while I was on vacation. To top it off, I had a blood test done today, and the results were just about comparable to year ago. It’s like I’ve made no progress. I need to get my butt back into gear–and quick.
On the plus side though, my hands are healed.
